چکیده
Paper aims This study has the objective of mapping and empirically validating KPIs that can be used to assess healthcare supply chain risks. Originality We combined two methodological approaches: i) we conducted a systematic literature review identify risk assessment ii) grouped these into five constructs validated their relations using PLS-SEM. Research method is only presents measure risks, groups theoretical framework, PLS-SEM validation. data from Brazil, variety organizations (suppliers, OEMs, clinics, hospitals), therefore cannot guarantee generalized. Main findings The identified 27 which were constructs. structural model supported by technique revealed reliability, responsiveness, costs, agility are antecedents quality. Implications for theory practice Managers may rely upon this understand reliability responsiveness costs agility,

FAC-SEM using PLS-SEM: An empirical illustration in a customer value measurement context
FAC-SEM is a special type of multigroup analysis where the groups are structured as a factorial design. The aim of FAC-SEM is to assess how the path model parameters vary as a function of the dimensions of the underlying factorial design. As such, FAC-SEM offers researchers a unique opportunity to further understand their experimental data. This paper explains how the FAC-SEM methodology can be...
